MEET OUR TEAM

RON & ROXANN REGENSTREIF

RON & ROXANN REGENSTREIF

RON loves strategically connecting people and serving those in need around the world. He is passionate about the practical application of Biblical principles in every area and stage of life, and regularly speaks at colleges and conferences on such.  Ron has been married to his wife, Roxann, since 1973. They have three sons and are the proud grandparents of five granddaughters and three grandsons.  Ron founded Regency Enterprises in 1981 and served as CEO of Regency Lighting for 35+ years. He is currently the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors for Regency Lighting, and also serves on the Board of Directors for Q4 Impact, Joni & Friends, His Hands on Africa, Chosen People Ministries, and Rividia.  Ron has traveled extensively throughout the world and loves music, biking, golf, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.

SUSAN KUNSELMAN

SUSAN KUNSELMAN

SUSAN has a genuine love for others and for the Word of God.  She is passionate about encouraging people in their faith, so they may experience ever-increasing joy and freedom in their lives.  A graduate of Oral Roberts University, Susan holds degrees in Communication and Pastoral Care and Counseling, and has held numerous leadership roles in both business and ministry.  Susan was the Corporate Administrator for Regency Lighting for 18 years and is now a writer for Q4 Impact and serves people as a Life Coach.  Susan lives in New Hampshire with her much-loved son, Micah.

TODD KUNKLER

TODD KUNKLER

TODD is a skilled communicator and as such, has taught extensively throughout the world on communication, team formation and contextualized theology. He has also helped to create and then direct a cross-cultural missionary training program. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Redlands and has also studied at Fuller Theological Seminary. Retired from Dreamline Aviation, Todd and his wife, Nancy, now reside in Idaho. They are blessed with three wonderful, adult children.

MIKE GOLDSTONE

MIKE GOLDSTONE

MIKE is passionate about helping individuals experience emotional and spiritual health, and thus become equipped to live mature and purposeful lives for the Lord.  Mike has been married to his best friend, Debra, since 1973, and they have two children and five grandchildren. Mike co-founded Regency Lighting with his partner and best friend, Ron Regenstreif, in 1983, and still serves as the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors for Regency. Throughout his years in business, Mike has always set a foundation of working toward operational excellence with a focus on risk management and financial soundness.  In addition to his Regency responsibilities, Mike serves on the board of directors of Frontline Response and Emotionally Healthy Discipleship.

JUDAH REGENSTREIF

JUDAH REGENSTREIF

JUDAH loves engaging with people in all stages and walks of life and is gifted in motivating, inspiring and bringing laughter to others.  Judah is married to his beautiful wife, Evie, and they have two daughters.  A graduate of Vanguard University, Judah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology with a Minor in Cultural Anthropology. Judah has been in the lighting industry since 2000, and currently oversees the Sales and Marketing teams of Regency Lighting, where he also serves on the Executive Management Team.  Judah enjoys giving back and in addition to serving on the board of directors for Q4 Impact, is also involved with local and international charity groups

ANTHONY & HANNAH JENNINGS

ANTHONY & HANNAH JENNINGS

ANTHONY was raised in Eugene, Oregon and came to Los Angeles after high school to pursue a career in film & television. As an amputee, he received many unique opportunities not only as an actor, but also as a contractor for the Defense Department training military units before deployment overseas. During this time, the Lord developed a strong sense of calling to pastoral care and Anthony transitioned into full-time ministry at a local church. As an ordained pastor, he is passionate about teaching people how to study the scriptures, mentoring young men and introducing people to the greatest adventure: living for Christ. He is the president of Mission Bridge, a nonprofit dedicated to sharing the Gospel, as well as the co-owner of Mission Bridge Media.

HANNAH was raised in Los Angeles, California and attended Westmont College, where she studied cross-cultural sociology. In the years following, she has held professional roles within both nonprofit and business organizations and spent time traveling and working in various developing countries. She is passionate about the Gospel and its relevance for all peoples and cultures, and exposing Western Christians to what God is doing in other parts of the world. Hannah is the director of the nonprofit, Mission Bridge, as well as the co-owner of Mission Bridge Media.

MIKE AMES

MIKE AMES

MIKE AMES is passionate about learning and teaching. With a background in both formal church ministry and business, Mike’s experience includes having worked as an Associate Pastor, as well as in finance and operations. Mike completed his post graduate studies at the University of Laverne, and holds a Master’s degree in Business and Management. He finds great joy and purpose in helping others, whether it be his involvement in the lives of his neighbors, his local church, or in ministry to men struggling with drug and alcohol addictions. In addition to serving on the Board of Q4 Impact, Mike is also on the Board of Directors for Dallas Willard Ministries. He currently resides in Idaho with his wife, Debbie, and they are blessed with two children and five grandchildren. Mike enjoys playing his guitar, running and golfing with friends.
